Opterna faceplates are available in two series; the elegant series of Opterna faceplates comes with a peripheral frame providing an elegant appearance where in the screw holes are concealed by the peripheral frame. Part of the design is the integrated label holder which allows the installer to fix labels and hence making the faceplate TIA 606 compliant. The faceplate comes with an in-built shutter to prevent dust and dampness protection. The angled design of faceplate maintains the patch cords bend radius and provides extra room behind the back box for storage of cable. The UTP keystone patch panels are compatible for use with the category 5e and 6 keystone jacks and come as an unloaded panel. The patch panel is constructed of high quality plastic and metal back plate to provide the maximum strength and durability. The UTP keystone patch panel has an integrated rear cable management feature for cable routing and strain relief requirements. The rear cable management easily mounts at the back of the panel. The patch panel has an integrated label identification slot which allows the installer to design labels based on the project requirement making the panel TIA 606 compliant.

DESCRIPTION
Opterna 4-pair unshielded category 6 solid cables (U/UTP) has been designed for outdoor applications and is suitable for outdoor duct installations. The cable supports 1G Ethernet networking, fully supporting the more demanding office communications including voice, data, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Security, IP based cameras and other demanding real time applications. The cable covers the category 6 requirements for unshielded twisted pair cables of 100 Ω and is characterized up to 250 MHz suitable for transmitting data over local area networks (LANs). The cable’s 8 conductors (4-Pairs) are of solid bare copper with high density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation and a UV stabilized polyethylene (PE) weather resistant jacket. Two insulated conductors are twisted together to form a pair and the four pairs with different twist ratio are laid up to form the basic cable unit. The four pairs are wrapped with an overall polyester tape for extra protection.
